Account and Pixel Audit
Research is key and we don’t cut any corners when becoming a part of your team. The first step is to make sure we know what we have to work with by doing a full Account and Pixel audit.
This allows our team to really deep-dive into everything and learn what has worked best for you, and what hasn’t worked at all (because let’s not do that again – or – let’s do it differently this time!). We spend a bit of time here to make sure we’re ready to walk before we run and we don’t hit any snags as we start to move.
During this stage, we also look at things like competitor research and pixel tracking, so our team will ensure you have everything set up as it should be prior to launch. Say ‘goodbye’ to dreaded conversion tracking issues and ‘hello’ to smooth reporting; we don’t mess around and we LOVE DATA.
Strategy and Audience Builds
With the audit complete and a full understanding of your business and data collected to-date, the team will then build the full Facebook campaign and audience strategy. This strategy is custom to your business and works specifically with your budget, audience sizes and overall Facebook marketing goals.
In addition, we will also build audiences from pixel-data or from custom lists that your team has collected, if they have been uploaded and are ready for use. Once complete, we have our ‘campaign shell’ ready to rock and we get to move on to the next step (aka the fun part) – creative and copywriting!
Copywriting and Creative
If we travel back to the year 1970, a marketing firm estimated that people were seeing an average of 500 ads per day. Fast forward to the year 2006, and that number climbed to roughly 5,000 per day. NOW, people see anywhere from 5,000 – 10,000 ads per DAY. Crazy, right? But also reinforcing the message that creative in advertising truly does matter. We have to break through that clutter and come out on top. This is why we work with things like; speed, sound, motion and bookending with logos.

Final Approvals
Before anything ever launches, we want you to feel 100% comfortable with the plan of attack, including strategy, audiences, creative, copy, landing pages – EVERYTHING! So before anything goes live, we will send all details over for approval. We act as an extension of your team; not an external partner, so ASK US ANYTHING. This is the time for us to make any final tweaks to the campaigns before they go live. Launch & Optimizations
Ready … set … launch! Sit back and relax, we are now in coasting-mode for the first two weeks. The campaigns will be in the ‘learning phase’, so we need to leave them be before we start hopping in and optimizing. We will send you a report to let you know we had a successful take-off, and from there, we will start monitoring and optimizing. This is often done on a bi-weekly basis (depending on your brand, budget, needs, etc.) and monthly reporting will lift-off a few weeks later. Don’t worry – if you’re ever curious to see what is going on before that, we also provide weekly high-level updates which you will always have access to.
